Join nature lover and Certified Forest Bathing Guide Tina White on a gentle and inspiring journey of nature connection and wellness. Tina offers both Foraging workshops and Guided Forest Bathing Walks in a variety of locations.

Spending time in nature can have many wonderful healing effects; mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. My love and appreciation of nature began with hiking; meandering the mossy, boreal woodlands of the beautiful East Coast Trail. Almost immediately my worries, anxiety, and frustrations would melt away, dissolving into the moss and duff of the forest floor. Join me on a nature adventure and discover the magic for yourself!

Ending with a tea ceremony featuring wildcrafted locally foraged tea and snacks. Forest Bathing is the practice of spending time in nature, specifically woodlands, to enhance our well-being. This mindful connection with nature and has been scientifically proven to improve our health in many ways – lowering anxiety, depression and blood pressure, and heightening creativity, wellbeing and happiness.
